It all started in a sleazy club night in Sheffield. A showdown of rock bitches, lipstick lesbians and weeping mascara as a Bold Street connection brought the two together. A marriage of literature and a meetings of minds, souls and bodies: Kate and Sophie met in University in the Capital of New Yorkshire. Built on 7 hills, this Romanesque city was to be the site of debauchery for years to come. They bonded over punk, grunge and old school riot grrrl, yet danced the night away to drum and bass every Tuesday. Unfortunately, music was never made during this period. However, after a couple of years away (living in the US and Australia) their paths crossed again in this country's capital. Bobby fell from the sky one day, in a cloud of chemicals and pianos.
