About Me



Colby Savage, originally from Commerce, Texas (a small town located in East Texas), has been rapping and performing for five years and is always reinventing himself every day. The world of hip hop and its meaning has been changing due to the influx of one hit wonders and flops that give the music genre a bad name. Through out all of this, Colby Savage has been able to keep it entirely true to the game. This is evidently from his latest single “Music Love Affair” which is about the love of music and how it is tainted by those who don’t appreciate it. As a salute to hip hop “Music Love Affair” uses a woman as metaphor for music to reciprocate the love he has given. Colby Savage is not you’re average hip hop recording artist. When shedding another layer of Colby’s complexity, you can see he stills no how to keep it street always while keeping it intelligent. He is ready to take the world by storm with an arsenal of bone crushing beats and ferocious lyrics. For years Colby has been mastering the art of rhythms, and ready to take his place as the COLBY SAVAGE DA YOUNG KING. Colby has opened up for major shows with Scare face, 8 Ball and MJG, Wu-Tang Clan, and UGK.
