Brittney Elliott was born in Chattanooga , TN , where she took voice, modeling, and acting classes as a child. At age eight she knew her destiny was to perform. When her mother learned that her daughter could sing and was serious about a musical career, they packed up and headed to Atlanta , GA in hope of better opportunities. Beginning to write R&B lyrics at age thirteen, Bri's natural abilities began to shine from her self-written lyrics to her sense of style. "I'm going to school for international business, but music is my first love and I've heard you never get over your first! Either way, I can't picture myself doing anything else, so whatever happens music will always be apart of my life." Bri has currently been vocally trained by Mary Ann Stewart, former backup singer for Aretha Franklin and Curtis Mayfield, and mother of Laney, Mark and Tricky Stewart.
