About Me

This page is run by the Kuwaiti Family Committee on behalf of Khalid Al-Odah, the father of Guantanamo Bay detainee Fawzi Al-Odah.

Founded by Khalid in 2002, the Kuwaiti Family Committee is an organization run by relatives of the Kuwaiti detainees in Guantanamo Bay. The Committee advocates for due process for all detainees using a variety of legal and diplomatic tools.

This page is a place to learn about the Kuwaitis in Guantanamo Bay, to express support for the right of due process, and to get a daily sampling of news updates from Guantanamo Bay.

Below is a slideshow with the pictures of the detainees, their loved ones, and of Kuwait City.

To the left you will find a slideshow with the pictures of the Kuwaiti detainees, their names, and their status. If you have questions or thoughts, please post them below.
