Greetings fellow members of the human race! Here I am, in my slightly used chunk of flesh, the container of my body and soul! I live and operate in a town that goes by the name of Falun. Not too big, but sometimes a bit small. It..s located in the middle(north-southwise that is)of Sweden, which is a rather cold and remote place at times. Been around for a while, but hey, practise makes perfect, eh? Passed 40(ohmigod!!), passed marriage, passed out! Redhead(well, used to be anyway). Passionate motorcyclist, been ridin.. since I was 16. I play my Fender Precision ..77(and sometimes a 5-string Yamaha)plugged through a Carvin RC210 amp(it..s all in a hard days work, right?) in the bass, guitar and drumcombo Tres Hombres at the moment. We play music in the fashion of ZZ Top, Dr. Feelgood and such! In all, great music for party!

My Interests

My Kids, my lovely and wonderful girlfriend, my motorcycle, my bass, and a nice single malt(Islay rules) every now and then.

I'd like to meet:

Just about anyone who makes me laugh my lower lip off(at least), laughing is medication for your soul. Makes living so much easier, right? Wouldn..t mind discussing bass stuff with Mr. Geddy Lee, either(or Mr Sheehan)!

Music:

Well here goes; Steely Dan, ZZ Top, Niacin, Gov..t Mule, Dixie Dregs, Billy Sheehan, The Flower Kings, Spocks Beard, Joe Satriani, Kevin Gilbert, Yes, Frost*, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Pallas, Steve Vai, King Crimson, Fish, Frank Zappa, Dream Theater, Dr. Feelgood, Nine Below Zero, Ambrosia, John Whiteleather and the Kingrats, O.S.I. , Transatlantic, Kino, Rush, The Sensational Alex Harvey Band, Steve Morse, A.C.T. , Saga, Kansas, Robert Berry, Stevie Ray Vaughan, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Ben Folds, Steve Gibbons, Dave Edmunds, Porcupine Tree, Jethro Tull, Genesis(w. Gabriel & Hacket), Vanden Plas, Spiraling, Sylvan, Muse, Gentle Giant, Kaipa, Moon Safari, Brother Ape, Arena and so on and so on and so on..........and of course, I allways listen to the best radiostation on the internet, www.deliciousagony.com, takes prog to a whole new level!!

Movies:

"Blade Runner" is up there on the toplist, "One flew east, one flew west, one flew over the guckoos nest" is another.

Television:

Mostly sheit, however, I have a soft spot for the weird ambience of "Twin Peaks(David Lynch IS weird). "Prison Break" is also viewable. And, according to my lovely daughter, I am "so Discovery", whatever that means;-)

Books:

In my opinion, if you should read only 1(one) book in your life, "Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy" is the one. Or actually, it..s a trilogy of five books. At least according to the author, Douglas Adams. The other 4 are, "The restaurant at the end of the universe", "Life, the universe and everything", "So long and thanks for the fish" and finally "Mostly harmless". I can only say one thing-READ!

Heroes:

The earlier mentioned Douglas Adams for one. If you have the brain and the ability to come up with a story like that, then you must qualify as a hero. Other than that, every parent must be considered a hero, don..t you agree! And of course, all of you who can make a livin on your music, heroic indeed!
