I am the head of state of an empire which stretches from the frozen wastes of Greenland to the picturesque southern tip of Argentina. Indeed the length and breadth of the Western Hemisphere is my glorious empire, to govern, and adminster, and generally maintian to my burocratic heart's content. Here in my empire I have styled myself: "ArchChanncellor". A title designed to convey my personal politcal supremecy, but also to give testament to the fact that I am a Channcellor, and hence forth I will maintain that I rule by the consent of the masses, whome in fact determine every mannor of civic position from mayor all the way up to the rulers of the nations my empire has care of. There however are indeed a few postions of executive authority that can superceed all others; appointed by myself, and watched over by a security force: "that only exists to ensure the saftey of the Imperial citizenry and that the "will of the people" is done quickly and effectivly, ensureing true freedom and liberty for all who dwell in this wonderfull and happy nation I call; The Western Hemisphereic Empire"I also like Jesus, kitties, Napoleon, videogames, and pie... hehehe
