With the appeal of a truly unique artist and the authenticity of a worshipper, 22-year-old Jenn Weber hit the Christian music scene running.
At the age of the 13, Jenn had diligently practiced her way to mastering piano, guitar and violin and soon began expressing her passion for truth and honesty in powerful, discerning lyrics and creative melodies far beyond her years.
"Nothing I write is extraordinarily original except that my lyrics reflect new and amazing discoveries about the lessons and realities I'm learning to be true." Weber says. "A.W. Tozer best sums up my prayer; He wrote, 'Others before me have gone much farther into these holy mysteries than I have done, but if my fire is not large, it is yet real, and there may be those who can light their candle at its flame."
At the age of 18, Jenn moved from Cincinnati, OH to the hub of the Christian music scene in Nashville, TN. As she co-wrote and hand crafted her musicianship with seasoned songwriters and producers, chiefly with Gary Sadler (writer of well known worship songs such as Ancient of Days & Lord Most High) Jenn's talents and artistic inclinations did not go unnoticed. Seven months after her move to Music City with the guidance of Christian music veteran John Mays (who previously signed artists such as Nichole Nordeman, Point of Grace, and more) Jenn signed to Creative Trust Workshop and released "One Pure And Holy Passion," her first Top 10 single on Inspirational Christian radio charts.
"I especially love the beginning of Sunday morning services because thats when praise & worship happens," Jenn says. "But, when I first heard Mark Altrogge's song "One Pure & Holy Passion", all I could do was stand there and read the words on the giant screen over and over to myself. It was intimidating to ask God to give me a passion for Himself alone because I realized that might require laying down passions & dreams I had in mind for myself already, but as the song continued my eyes read the line, 'This world is empty, pale and poor compared to knowing you, my Lord,' and it really hit me; all I could say was 'Father, you're right, everything is secondary. What can measure up to the amazing joy of following Your plans?"
With the release of Weber's EP, "Incomplete, But Understood" in 2005, Weber's energetic live performances gained national attention as she tirelessly toured playing churches, schools and live music venues. "It amazes me how you can add a melody to a thought and suddenly people pay attention, she says. I'm really excited about what God has been teaching me and what I'm learning about him. I think that you can understand that and hear it in my songs."
In the summer of 2006, Weber signed with Nashville based The Breen Agency, who also book artists such as Plumb, Watermark, Selah, Point of Grace, Caedmon's Call and Cindy Morgan.

"I can do no more justice to the awesome wonder-filled theme called love than a child can grasp a star. Still by reaching toward the star the child may call attention to it and even indicate the direction one might look to see it. So, as I stretch my heart toward the high, shining love of God, someone who has not before known about it may be encouraged to look up and have hope."- A.W. Tozer, Knowledge of the Holy
