I am practiceing up for a May 9th gig at the KetchPen at the Lewiston,Idaho Rodeo Grounds,Name of the band is Roadhouz... I can thank Ron Asker, my 1st driver mgr at where I used to work when I was a long haul driver, who is now a planner, and a talented Guitarist/vocalist, Mike Rishor who is also a planner, @SWIFT TRANSPORTATION,where I used to work, and a talented guitarist/vocalist, Allen Thacker a talented guitarist/vocalist and His Brother Mike Thacker, a talented Bassist. It was Mike Thacker who answered an ad in the local paper about a fuel pump for a barrel, and we both found out that we were musicians, after a fashion. Mike stated They were looking for a drummer, and after going through a few, my turn came up. Surprize?!!! I feel as I can pull this off. Got 3 weeks to go, and still, but, the familiarity of the songlist is nothing short of a Flash from the past, which makes it somewhat easier to transend as practice makes it easier. The best part, is... they have some original songs too. Looks like this band will Play 150mi radius, so we might/could be in Spokane,WA., CourdeLaine,ID., as far south as NewMeadows,ID., or McCall,ID., and as far west as WallaWalla,WA., East as Missoula,MT. Maybe further, FURTHER!I just want to make some music, Drums, maybe some Guitar, make some friends along the way, or/and travel with them, Music is my primary goal here on MySpace.I am open to the mind department, sometimes I make sense and other times, This may have been one of my downfalls, TOO OPEN MINDED(perhaps).
