I'm Shane, I'm a comedian/drummer/writer/actor based out of Portland, Maine. I have performed stand up comedy across the country and Canada too, and I am playing drums in a band called, "Lost on Liftoff." We have a spot with music at myspace.com/lostonliftoff. Dig it! I'm also a columnist for FACE magazine, which is available in Portland, if you are from away, I do post them on my blog, and the entire catalog is available at www.shanekinney.com.
I also sell Real estate and I am into the apartment rental business. I've just acquired my second building and I'm always looking for more. If you or any of your friends or family are looking to purchase or sell a home, please consider me and feel free to send me a message with any questions you may have.
And last, but certainly not least, I am the proud owner of a pretty little pug dog, Bella. She is my pride and joy.
Here are some clips of me performing. You will need Windows media player to view. There is some adult content, so kids, beware! If you are under 18-GET OUT!

This session was done in February of 2002 at Big Sound Studios for a fellow called "Bill The Cat." This was one of the most fun sessions I've done, because the band went to the studio without ever hearing the songs. We learned them quick, threw them to tape, and the results speak for themselves. The song was written by Bill Cushing and Jonathan Wyman, and the band consisted of Tim Emery, Pat Hodgkins, Spencer Albee, and my good self.
