Don't Worry, Be Happy.

About Me

In a perfect world, I'd have a modest house up on a mountain or surrounded by forest. There would be no neighbors within visible range. There would be a room with a top of the line hi-fi system, and this would include a record player. There would be a room for drawing, a room for making music, and a room for cooking. There would be an expansive library, trimmed with plenty of wood, with one of those ladders on a track, overstuffed leather chairs, and lots of old books. There would be two dogs and one cat and me.Until this comes to pass, I spend my days wandering around in a constant state of disappointment.-------------------Here are some pictures I've taken.-------------------

My Interests

Situations that go from bad to worse. Tony Millionaire , John Kricfalusi , Ronnie James Dio , Bill Wray , Quincy Jones , Kay Nielsen , Photography , Comics, Music, Bagels, Sleeping.

I'd like to meet:

All the curiosities of the world.

I don't like The Velvet Underground. I don't like Morissey or The Smiths. I don't like The Cure. I don't like Modest Mouse. I don't like The Clash. I don't like The Talking Heads. I don't like TV On The Radio. I don't like Joy Division or New Order. I don't like The White Stripes. I don't like The Pixies. I do, however, kind of like The Ramones.
I just want to make sure we're all on the same page here.

I'm currently swimming through Joseph Campbell's The Hero With A Thousand Faces . Smart dude, that Campbell.

Moving on to the second James Bond book, Live and Let Die (thanks, Suzy). These things are like a text book for masculinity. Take notes, my brothers.

And, as usual, reading a veritable scheißelast of comics.

Philip K. Dick. Grant Morrison. Charles Dickens. Jack Kirby.

Heroes:

Mom and Dad.
