I am a pamphlet that is 18 pages long. This is how someone has described me:The Third Reconstruction: Global Economic Decline and Reconciliation examines the development of racism in America through a historical perspective, including three periods of reconstruction from the post-Civil War era to today. Wilson analyzes the government’s role in fostering racism and utilizing it to keep the working-class from establishing bonds between the races. In the vein of Trotsky and Marx, The Third Reconstruction shows evidence for class being the larger issue, and interracial concurrent struggles as being a way to put the focus back on class. With the turmoil and great challenges that the United States is facing currently, Wilson offers a prescription for reconciliation before the inevitable decline in the American economy.
