My life is music and enjoying my time on earth. I work for DR as a radio host. After a number of years as the Head Of Music for DR P4, I am back at the mic full time. The new Head Of Music is my good friend Henrik Wacher and we still work together at P4 plugging sessions. DR P4 is a news/service/music channel for adults - 40+ and it is the most popular station in Denmark. The marketshare is close to 40%. The musicprofile is very varied. We play 50% danish music and don't follow any straight format. We are a public service broadcaster and I sometimes try to explain our format as beeing adult alternative/adult contemporary.I've been singing in bands since I was 16. I started up in heavy metal in Witchcross, drifted into "hair" metal in Harlot. In the late 80's I joined Led Zeppelin Jam; the name gives the genre away, right? A few years later I founded Savage Affair, a rockband with a popsound or vice versa. For a number of years I have been touring Denmark with Alex Nyborg Madsen trio. We are three best friends, three barstools, three vocalists and two acoustic guitarplayers. We joke and perform songs that we really like a lot and we don't care who wrote the songs. It can be ourselves, some superstar or somebody completely unknown. If we like the song, we'll play it.Besides this I am a family man and an avid supporter of the Danish soccerteam Brøndby IF.
