Former WiredLittleLady-New name but we're the same

About Me

Hannah Schneider and her band started playing together as “Wired Little Lady” in April 2006. They have made their entry on the Copenhagen musical scene with many concerts during the past year. Their musical style is built around the American singer/songwriter tradition, with elements from country and folk music. The songs’ style of composition has found inspiration from artists such as Feist, Aimee Mann and Tina Dickow. Hannah Schneider has co-written with several established Danish and international songwriters; the American singer songwriter Kim Richey’s current CD (“Chinese Boxes” –Vanguard Records) includes a number co-written with Hannah Schneider, “Absence of Your Company”. The song has just been chosen to be used in the American TV series “Grey’s Anatomy”. She has also written with Sally Barris (Lee Ann Womack, Martina McBride) and Jeff Cohen (Macy Grey, Teitur, Big and Rich) As a singer, Hannah Schneider is best known as co-writer and singer on the hit “Kig forbi” (“Drop By”) on the Danish rapper Johnson’s debut album.ModMySpace Profile CustomizerPhotos by Olivia Frölich/Live Photos by Erik Andreasen
