I used to be a professional musician (Celtic Frost, Lick'n A Promise) and discovered the world of bits and bytes in 1990 and underwent the classic information technology training as an analyst / programmer. With a version of Poser 3 on a magazine CD, I discovered that binary values can by all means have sex appeal. Fascinated by the possibility of creating three-dimensional worlds, it didn’t take long until the upgrade to the version Poser Pro Pack followed. Bryce, Lightwave and Shade were added. I understood how to inspire credibility and life for my creations. What resulted was my own visual style.
With high-quality 3D contents from DAZ, Sixus Media, Zygote and many independent content providers, illustrations, designs and animations are joined together to create exhilarating picture worlds. With the picture “Endstation†for the Winterthurer Club, I snatched the second place for the category professional/still/digital beauties at the Animago Awards 2004. The render fantasies from AmbergArt are gladly used by bands for cover artworks. Chapter Seven (CH), In Exremis (ES), Devastation (US) or Paul Camilleri (CH/UK) have already imprinted their albums with a special visual stamp with artworks from AmbergArt.
Today I work primarily with Poser 7, Vue Infinite 6, Bryce 6, Photoshop CS2 and DAZ Mimic Pro. So that enough system capacity can be ensured, I rely on the power of DELL Systems.
