The weapon does not fight, it’s the hero’s heart..

About Me

While I don't have a "band" so to speak, I, along with a very good friend, wrote the song "One Name" in honor of Jacksonville, Florida native, Navy Pilot Captain Michael "Scott" Speicher. He disappeared over West-Central Iraq, while on a mission in support of Operation Desert Storm, the night of January 17, 1991. His story gave myself and my friend, Kristi, the deep desire to do anything in our power to make Scott's name known to the public, that people might be praying for his safe return. That they know of his imprisonment behind enemy lines, where he was lost and left behind, but not forgotten. To date, Captain Scott Speicher is still listed as MIA/C—Missing in Action, Captured and the search is still active to find him. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and with his family and friends, who continue, along with many thousands of people, to pray and hope for his homecoming.
The second song listed here is one that Kristi and I wrote as well, which depicts a person struggling for faith—and finding it in Jesus Christ. This song was written for the express purpose of an up-and-coming non-profit organization named "Not Too Late Ministries and Outreach," which is yet to be fully launched, but which will support the US veterans who have put their lives on the line to maintain and continue the great freedoms that we are so blessed to have in this country.

~Please remember to say lots of prayers for two other very special heroes, SSgt Matt Maupin, who is also MIA/C in Iraq since 2004, and Spc. Ahmed K. Altaie, who is MIA/C since October 2006. Keep all of our troops — past, present, and future in your thoughts and prayers — those who made it home and those who have yet to return with the honor they each deserve. For it is because of our brave and unselfish heroes, from the United States and abroad, that freedom remains and is shared with some who have never known it.~
God Bless the United States of America, our Allies and all who protect and support freedom and liberty!

L uke 15:4-6 (KJV)
4 What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?
5 And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6 And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost.

Scott's status

I just found a page from the Department of Defense that verifies Captain Speicher's official status and thought everyone would benefit from knowing where it is located. https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/scra/...
