About Me

Welcome to the Combat Helicopter Pilots Association!

www.chpa-us.org

CHPA is a Veterans organization open to any individual who piloted helicopters in combat for any of the US Armed Forces, as well as air crew members.

We were incorporated in the District of Columbia on January 7, 2005, and are registered as a501(c) 19 organization. We are a community with both a local and national focus.Local and state chapters are being formed across the country. These chapters will provide an opportunity for members to meet and socialize with other veteran helicopter pilots close to home.On the national level, CHPA provides veterans service functions to our members, including job mentoring, guidance in dealing with the VA, as well as many other valuable contributions to serving America's combat veterans.

CHPA's most important function is to define and preserve the legacy of the Combat Helicopter Pilot.

This is no small task and we want and need your help.

Additionally, we all have special thoughts for the men and women who were the crew on our aircraft. There is a place for them in CHPA, as Crew Members.

Finally, and perhaps most important, we will never forget those that gave the ultimate sacrifice. Their family members are part of us. With that in mind, CHPA created Legacy Membership for individuals who were related to a helicopter pilot or crew member who lost his or her life in defense of this great country.

Please take a few minutes and look through our site at www.chpa-us.org

Reserve the membership you've earned within our noble community. You can do this online at www.chpa-us.org , or by printing and mailing/faxing your application to CHPA headquarters.

CLICK HERE to Submit Your Application for Membership to CHPA online ...Please Note ... all applicants must be qualified for membership and each application will be verified for authenticity.

If You Are NOT Eligible For Membership ...
If you do not qualify for CHPA membership but would like to support our organization and receive selected membership benefits, you may apply for the status of "FRIEND of CHPA."
