1 Year of Kaufe Musik ... Happy Birthday :)
Im Mai 2007 haben wir zusammen mit dem Schmeisser (Einmaleins / Freundchen) auf Kaufe Musik das erste Release veröffentlich! Das ist für uns Grund genug dieses auch zu feiern!!! Im Fusion Club im Münster wird deshalb auch unser Auftritt von einem Kamerateam gefilmt und zu einer schönen DVD geschnitten! Sobald diese fertig gestellt ist könnt ihr die DVD bei uns bestellen oder in unserem kommendem Plattenladen in Hanau direkt erwerben! Ja, ihr habt richtig gehört :) Wir eröffnen zusammen mit DAHT einen Platten in Hanau ... nähere Infos folgen noch! Desweiteren starten wir nun auch unsere drei Sublabels:

German Biographie:
In der heutigen großen Musikwelt gibt es immer wieder neue Künstler die sich von all den anderen etwas absetzen und so Aufmerksamkeit auf sich ziehen. So auch bei Kaufmann und Ferdinand, denen durch ihre DJ Sets mittlerweile immer mehr Beachtung geschenkt wird. Die beiden Spielen nicht nur gute Tunes, sondern sorgen auch durch viel Scharm und Witz für eine gute Stimmung vor und hinter den Plattentellern.
Die Raveline überschlägt sich gar vor Lob und preist Ihr Schaffen zukunftsweisend an. Außerdem veröffentlichte die Raveline in der Januar Ausgabe ein Label Interview über Kaufe Musik und drei weitere Labels.
Aber auch durch ihr Label Kaufe Musik und ihre Produktionen glänzen die beiden auf ganzer Linie. Ende Mai 2007 veröffentlichten sie zusammen mit dem Schmeisser aus Kassel die erste Platte auf Kaufe Musik, die schon im Vorverkauf sehr gut verkauft wurde und in den meisten Plattenläden direkt als Tipp gehandelt wurde. Kaufe Musik 002 fand gerade im Ausland großen Anklang, doch mit „Foody Dune“ auf Kaufe Musik 003 schafften sie gemeinsam mit Soma Load aus Kassel den ersten Hit auf ihrem Label! Nachfolgend hatten sie mit „Shake it“, den sie gemeinsam mit Esspapier produzierten, einen weiteren Hit, der von vielen Top Acts supportet wurde!
Auf dem Label München veröffentlichten sie weiteres Release, das durch Patrick Zigon’s Remix von dem Titeltrack München noch etwas veredelt wurde!
Zusammen mit Mule (Resopal) gründeten sie Ende 2007 ein weiteres Projekt namens 42 Grad Guyz, mit dem sie auch schon einige Erfolge feiern konnten! Als 42 Grad Guyz haben sie schon Angebote von diversen anderen Labels bekommen, u.a. vom Old Sail Rec. und 9 Volt Musik.
Doch auch als Remixer haben sie nun einige gute Werke an den Start gebracht, die in den nächsten Monaten veröffentlicht werden! Auf Old Sail Rec. folgen in nächster Zeit zwei digitale Remixe, eine digitale E.P. und eine (12inch) V.A. auf dem ihr „Viel Lärm um nichts“ Track dabei sein wird. Desweiteren folgen auf Splitsound Rec. (Italien), 9 Volt Musik, Kaufe Musik 005 und Kaufe Musik 008 weitere Remixe!

In today’s large music world there are always new artists who draw attention on itself, because they do their thing totally different. And then something amazing sets off…
Kaufmann und Ferdinand are a good example. They are noticed by the people who are on the dance floor more and more because they play not only good music. They spin their wicked tunes with humour and a good feeling of what to play at the right time; this will affect the vibe immediately and will make everybody dance, before and behind the decks.
Because of that, there was an article in the January edition of “Raveline†a music magazine out of Germany. In the label section of that magazine, the reactions were very positive about Kaufe Musik, one of the labels on which they release tracks, “the music is not of this time, it is the sound of the future “ they wrote . Kaufmann und Ferdinand also enounced the launch of two new labels in 2007. Together with der Schmeisser from Kassel, they released Kaufe Musik 001 in may 2007. Which already was a hit in pre-sale and was marked as tip in lots of dj-lists? With Kaufe Musik 002 the rest of Europe got to know the 2 producers. But with the release of „Foody Dune“ on Kaufe Musik 003, together with Soma Load from Kassel, they had their first hit.
After a successful release everybody is watching to see if you are not a one day fly, which is usually the case. With the track „Shake it“produced together with Esspapier, they proofed, to be able to live up to the expectations.
And delivered a track that was supported by well known dj’s all over the world. In December 2007 Kaufmann und Ferdinand joint forces with Mule (Resopal) to form 42 Grad Guyz. several labels (Old Sail Rec, 9 Volt Musik) offered to release their music.
On top of it all …
The next few months there are a couple of remixes to be released. On Old Sail Records there are 2 remixes, released as mp3 on internet; also an EP will be remixed. And a 12†is to be released after that on Old Sail Records.

2008 is going to be a very important year for the two partners in crime.
