22 years ago, JULIUS and PHILIPP ZIER met each other for the first time on the day of their birth (they are twins)! It was not directly in this time, that they decided to create an electronic live-act, but for sure the inspiration began in these early days. Philipp learned to play the piano, julius played guitar and bass; they both enjoyed singing! Music became more and more important. With some friends they started to play in a band, performing all different kinds of music. To get in touch with the local Frankfurt-Techno-Scene, spending some holidays on Ibiza and listening to diverse electronic music from all around the world have had deep influences on them. Fascinated and caught by the power of this music they found out fastly, that they need to make electronic music by their own. This was the reason, why they decided to create their own beats and trying to develope new ideas under the project-name "fasttrakk"!
