Professional Salmon Catcher With An Unhealthy Interest In Hedonism

About Me

Off work and bored so thought I'd join myspace. Having a myspace account will give me yet another excuse to spend hours playing on the internet rather than going to the gym or leaving my flat. I think I'm bucking the trend because everyone else is a DJ, producer, musician, artist, web designer or kitsch icon from tv land - oh an one guy I saw was a loaf of bread (good one). I on the other hand am none of those. I have a desk job, live in sheffield and go out a lot. I'm just here to see how many adds I can get. So far a very nice man called Tom has turned up - the momentary warm glow of my first add was shattered when I realised he was the myspace equivilant of the microsoft word paperclip. oh well onwards and upwards. I'm going to cut this short now becuase I'm off to search for the Hoff and beg him to add me (no offence Tom but it's killing me that there's only you and me so far). Jackass myspace layout

My Interests

The usual list; clubs, gigs, festivals, pubs, theatre, comedy, tattoos, piercings, the silver bit in marlboro lights that says pull (not anymore -I quit on nye), tv, films and recently I have become obsessed by GOLF.

I'd like to meet:

Lots of people because my fragile ego will be bolstered my the number of adds that I get but if I have to be specific:The Hoff Stephen Fry. Mother Theresa. Barry Scott (I saw someone else had him and was v. jealous). Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Whoever it was that did that track 'listen up you schmuck' since found out it was Phil Kieren and it's called Blitzkrieg Bop). People with decent taste in music so I can plagiarise their opinions at parties and fill my cd collection with better music. Rich, elderley ladies with a penchant for younger men, a dicky heart and fickle attitude towards re-writing their will. People who make me laugh. Any members of the suicide girls.

Music:

Everything, breaks, techno, house, funk. Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Masters At Work, Evil 9, Phil Kieren, Simian Mobile Disco, Justice (someone I've just discoverd but bloody brilliant), Adam Freeland, Tom Middleton, Elite Force, Jurassic 5, Groove Armada, Krafty Kuts, Jon Carter, Ratpack, James Zabielia, A Skills, Stanton Wariers, Plump DJs - I'm shit at remembering names but the list goes on.

Movies:

Layer Cake, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Resevoir(spelling?) Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Train Spotting, 28 Days Later, Shaun of the Dead etc etc

Television:

Lost, Scrubs, Nevermind the Buzzcocks, Simpsons, Futurama - a documentary about Oliver the Humanzie (absolute genius)

Books:

Stephen Fry, Ben Elton, Scar Tissue the Anthony Keidus Bio, Orwell 1984, Jake Arnett, Matt Ridley Genome (not the easiest read but brilliant)
