Love and Respect Yourself !!!

About Me

I possess an ability to find humor in most things, (even when making love). Love to laugh and have fun, but, then again at the opposite end of the spectrum I don't like mean spirited, shamster, scheming women types. I am very outspoken about my beliefs and thoughts and prefer reciprocity from friends. Self-absorbed, narcissists, types are not for me, I pass!! Folks need to know both sides of the issue before they can they can make informed fair judgements! I am overly protective about people I care for (not good I know but I am). I enjoy togetherness, openness, honesty and MATURITY. Spontaneity and honest interaction is the key to me. I am respectful of differing opinions, have compassion for people who are suffering and are in pain because of the misdeeds and miscalculations of others they relied upon for upholding their best interests. I love animals, especially "Minature Schnauzers" and will almost get into blows with anyone I observe mistreating them, lol. Life isn't always fair, but you have to deal with it as best as you can. I live in the day, as tomorrow has passed and nothing can be done about it, so why bog down my brain about things I CANNOT CHANGE!!.. ..

My Interests

If it ain't illegal, I'll give it a shot (:). DON'T care for false idols and personalities. Say what you mean and mean what you say. Like open and honest people, mean-spirited, selfish people need not apply! Soul and body shaking, quivering sexual orgasms in a meaningful relationship, if its not meaningful, I'll settle for the orgasm (lol)
..

I'd like to meet:

Someone who is not scared to go outside the box. Someone who is respectful of differing opinions. Someone who is a self-sufficient forward minding thinker. And, most importantly, someone who is compassionate, loving, giving and generous of spirit.Captain Nemo

Music:

Love all types of music except blue grass; love to boogie, used to do some singing semi professionally with girl/guy groups..now I just sing along with whoever is warbling something..(smile). Basically I enjoy and buy beautiful sounding orchestral symphonic music, two of my favorite song are Ravels Bolero and Grand Canyon Suite; I love the soprano, mezzo and coloratura female voices--Sarah Brightman, Lauryn Hill, Sarah Vaughn (of course there are others); Luther Vandross and Anthony Hamilton are a couple of my favorite male singers; I like Jazz, preferably fusion-funk! ; I like Hip-Hop beats (to dance too mostly), I don't care for the negative, aggressive lyrics, but what the hell to each his/her own; Many Indie performers in my opinion are more talented than many of the current reigning artist who have contracts--what a PITY. Many of my vocal likes are heard in the strains of a great number of the Indie Female Artists on the scene today. Wouldn't it be wonderful if somehow some enterprising, entreprenurial mind could come up with an "American Idol" look-alike talent show that could show-case the talents of our many gifted artists who are on the scene today.
