Bishop-Elect James Edward Lemon Jones Jr. was born on November 20, 1981 to the late Sadie Phillips-Dingle and James Lemon and the Apostle Theresa V. Waters-Jones. He accepted Christ at the age of five years old at Greater Refuge Church of God in Christ Charismatic, and studied the word of God even at a young age,he served on the usher board youth and young adult and mass choirs , and at his church, at 18 years old he heard the Lord called him out of his comfort zone into the ministry in 2000. Ever since then Bishop-Elect Jones has been proclaiming the Gospel to the world. He is the founder of Judah House of Praise Church of Christ. He is the C.E.O. and founder of Kingdom of Unity Fellowship Association and the Overseer of Kingdom of Unity International Leadership. He is the visionary and founder for Covenant Tabernacle Churches of Christ. He believes "The spirit of the Lord is upon me,because he has sent me to preach the gospel to the poor, he hath sent me to heal the broken hearted to preach deliverance to them that are captive, and recover the sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised. To preach the acceptable year of the Lord." Luke 4:18-19 He is the the spiritual father to many young preachers in the gospel.
