About Me


I offer private consultations in addition to online and telephone support to athletes from all over the world. Every athlete is different and therefore needs a program geared specifically to meet their individual needs. All programs are carefully developed based on the information each athlete provides and on my knowledge from working with athletes from every area of sports. Sessions are tailored to your personal ability, goals and available time. She has been teaching athletes effective and realistic ways to improve their health, optimize performance and successfully manage their weight.

Daily e-mail support
Review of your current nutrition program
Assessment of nutrition strategies for max performance
Complete dietary analysis
Individual meal plan
Ongoing assessment and support
Review of vitamins and supplements
Guide for restaurants and travel
You will receive a detailed analysis of your current nutrition intake along with recommendations for improvement and a personalized, detailed action plan. This will include the different types of foods/fluids that you can try to improve your performance.
I will take you step-by-step. If something doesn't feel right or isn't comfortable it can be changed. This is your own unique program!
My main interest is fitness.
I personally love to workout. I just began doing competitions and I truly enjoy them.
I believe in striving to better yourself for YOURSELF. There is no other competion in life.
Having a good heart and doing things out of kindness is how I choice to live my days. I have a wonderful circle of friends and they are like family to me. I appreciate the good things and I see them as blessings and treat them as such. I however do not have patience for negative energy, or quitters.
Finally, rudness get on my nerves!! I will not hesitate to tell someone about themselves if they step out of line. Overall I live to the fullest and thank God every day.
