THE LATINA BEHIND THE DESIGNS:
Besides running JusNata Spanglish Designs, I am interested in connecting with others locally and across the country, making friends, meeting other Latinos, networking with other women/moms/entrepreneurs.
I am also the owner of the Latinas Support Group, a Yahoo Group where we discuss any and all things, share our problems, give advice, announce our accomplishments, and support each other via email. The purpose is to unite us Latinas by our common bond - our culture. Then there are others who are not Latina but love our culture, our food, our music, our men, and may even have Latin children. Some group members are working with the book "Life Makeovers" by Cheryl Richardson in which we complete a task each week in an effort to better ourselves. No obligation but we find that we learn a lot from each other. Membership is by invitation only. To join, please send an email to [email protected].
