About Me

Ã˜yvind Berge is a Norwegian singer, guitarist, bassist & songwriter. He is the frontman in the band Sugar Plum Fairies, with whom he released the album "Fivrelddans - Haakon Lie i ord og tonar" to great acclaim in December 2005. For this album the band was awarded the Fyresdal Municipality Culture Award for 2006 and scored a minor Norwegian radio hit with "Andre Dugurdskvildi". Berge is also involved in the pop duo project Soft Noise together with Sarah Corbisier, and in a ensemble called Lyrikkavdelingen (in English, The Poetry Department) whose aim is to put exciting music to Norwegian poetry. Apart from this, Berge has several collaborations with other artists going and is always on the lookout for exciting collaborations.

Litt om året sø langt...og nøkle linkar de kan vitje!

Heisann! Det hev vøri eit godt musikalsk år sø langt! NRK Telemark hev bynda å spile songane økkøs, spesielt "Andre Dugurdskvildi", men au "Strålefall" og "Fridtjof Nansen" ganske regelmessig. ...
