About Me

A "valley girl" at heart, born in Encino, raised in Arizona and Mexico, Christina Rosas Anastasiou is an up and coming performance artist based in Los Angeles. As a modern dance/theater major at Arizona State University, and film student at Scottsdale Community College, Christina appeared in local short films and stage performances. Theater performances include, "Mi Vida Chiquita en Mexico," a dance theater piece she wrote and performed in Arizona, to Eve Ensler's "The Vagina Monologues.
She is one of the co-founders of the Phoenix Film Collective, Group 101 Films Phoenix. She also worked on staff for the Phoenix Film Festival. The collective is based from Los Angeles where filmmakers are challenged to write, produce, and direct a short film every thirty days for six months. (www.group101films.com)
Since relocating to Los Angeles fulltime, she's appeared in several short and independent films. She continues to work on her screenplay, "At 150 BPM."
Christina comes from a musical family which naturally influenced her to sing and study voice. She studied with various vocal coaches in Arizona and continues to study in Los Angeles. Her brother is a musician based out of Denver and her father played the electrical guitar.
Her innate entreprenuerial spirit and professional career as a massage therapist, yoga instructor, makeup artist, and aromatherapist propelled her to establish her own wellness and spa company in Arizona called Fosoma Wellness and Spa Services. Fosoma's services are now offered in California. To complement the company, she created a small online boutique for luxurious fashion, beauty, spa, and yoga lifestyle, called, "Agapi Girl. Spiritual.Playful.Chic." Christina gained her experience in fashion from runway modeling in her teens, to working for local boutiques and high end retailers.
In her spare time, Christina enjoys spending time with friends, going to Arizona to see her family, reading, laughing, exercising, dancing, yoga, massages, acting class,relaxing,traveling, horseback riding, writing, going to live shows, going to see her favorite rock bands, and church. The performing arts will always be her first love! .contactTable .text, .contactTable a, .contactTable img {filter:none!important;;
