Love movies...I love the Coen Brothers (almost everything directed or produced by them)love Spike Lee, John Huston, Kubrick, Coppola,... love Quentin Tarantino, I love Fassbinder (although can be depressing), love Woody Allen Love old musicals when I'm feeling down...like Sound of Music or Singing in the Rain... or Oliver... (I put them on to fall blissfully asleep...) Love the Godfather, esp. Godfather II, Wiseguys, The Color Purple, Scarface, Goodfellas, Dr. Strangelove, The Magnificent Seven, American Beauty, Gone With The Wind, Apocalypse Now,... Love movies... even B movies like the old Corman prod movies of the 60's... like David Lynch, Syney Lumet... Chaplin... too many to include.

love some TV... I like All in the FAmily, Simpsons, Seinfeld, Sopranos, Curb your Enthusiasm, Conan O'Brian, ... Six Feet Under, old Star Trek episodes... Outer Limits... Alfred Hitchcock series...

Crime & Punishment, Light In August, Puddinhead Wilson, The Wind Up Bird Chronicle, How the Irish Saved Civilization by Thomas Cahill, Anna Karenina, , Camus' The FAll (one of my favorites), For Whom The Bell Tolls, The Great Gatsby, Jane Eyre, Camus' No Exit, Tennessee William, Eugene O'Neill, Edward Albee, Ionesco's plays, some Moliere, Shaw, Sam Shepard, Harold Pinter... some Chekhov... Gogol... love short stories... used to love Greek Mythology as a kid...loved when I read some poems by Baudelaire and Paul Verlaine... can't tell you if I do now because I haven't read them in more than 10 years...love Psalm 91, and 23... Love John Le Carre, just read The Mission Song and Constant Gardner... This is selection that came to mind... I'm sure I'm leaving stuff out that I love...
