Hey, welcome to my music page. I'm an artist based in Los Angeles , California. I sing, play guitar , write and produce. Originally from Brazil, I moved here to attend Musicians Institute. After graduating I was offered a scholarship for another year and a half as part of the Band Clinic Porject. I started playing professionaly in town around 1998 with diferent local artists. Since then I have recorded with k.d. lang , Pink, Macy Gray, Cristina Aguilera, India Arie, Joss Stone, Keisha Cole, Boyz II Men , Backstreet Boys , Marc Anthony, Earth Wind and Fire, George Duke , Airto Moreira and Flora Purim, Keiko Matsui, and others. I've toured with Sergio Mendes,Maria de Barros, Anastacia, Kelly Sweet and Enrique Iglesias . I've performed with Mario Vazquez, Luis Fonsi, La Ley , Marco Antonio Solis and Mya. I've worked with artists from diferent parts of the world such as Human Nature, Guy Sebastian, Jon Stevens (Australia), Maria de Barros (Cape Verde) , Luis Jara, Alberto Plaza (Chile) and Lamar (UK). I worked on the movie soundtracks for Miami Vice, First Daughter and Woman on Top and the tv shows Everwood, Jack and Bobby, What About Brian, The E Ring and Doctor Vegas. I've done jingles for Toyota, Honda, Wells Fargo, The Gap, Sony Walkman and Kagome Iced Tea. I have co-written songs with artists such as Kelis, Pink, Macy Gray, Samantha Ronson, Lucy Woodward, Yogi Lonich, BC Jean and Brandon Rogers as well as numerous songwriters in the U.S. as well as the U.K. such as Victoria Horn, Claudia Brant , Gaby Moreno, Amerika, Ines Gaviria and Katia Moraes. I write melody and lyrics, sometimes in English, sometimes in Spanish and sometimes in Portuguese. I've produced several demos for new artists and composed a soundtrack for an independent short movie called "El Paredon".I am currently on tour with k.d. lang .
