REVIEWS OF Joan Lluís Montane, From Critics of Art International Association------------------------------------------------- 1 Roberto Benítez, the enigmatic worlds of an outstanding expresionist Abstract, gesturel, he investigates in the enigmatic thing, in the pleiad of questions that send to the air in his sensorial catharsis. Gestures, spaces, four works in one, eight works in one, juxtaposing the existing worlds in the dynamics of the recurrent thing, fomented by the automatic method, the description of the unconscious thing, the scenic presentation of subconscious mind.
Suddenly, in his plastic speech characters appear, faces of beings who are there, but, simultaneously, they are in the dynamics of the subtle thing, insinuated.
Abstraction, cult to matter of pigment, color like a waiting room of his hability to perceive other worlds, to spread in the immaterial thing of space. In space all times, there is no a curve only, but multiple curves, which transport him to different realities, which submerge him in subtle ambiguities, in unimaginable stages of awareness.

It deals with going beyond the suggestive thing, because the one that exists is what it is not seen, which our mind perceives.Mind is infinitely big, suggestive, because it is in continuous growth, since it is energy. For that reason his work is as a complex book, full of keys which open doors to the most meticulous spectator, but, also, it makes him to reflect with respect to his importance. He is a clear exponent of an abstract expresionist work, which contains allegorical characters, who allow the occurrence to be investigating in the worlds which really take part in psychic processes.He canalizes other worlds through automatic description, undergoing a febrile process, of a direct, powerful creation, into a state in which one becomes channeler of ideas, feelings, he transmits through his painting during hours, becoming involved in singularities, in perspectives that go beyond description, which deepen inside time, forgetting time, surpassing space, entering in other facets of existence, in which energies intercross, in which matter is not seen as such, but energetic poles which represent beings, objects, thoughts, ideas, suggestions, attitudes, forms to even see reality until its last consequences.We exist on the basis of configuration of matter, but, also from noticing the existence of light, of the light beams which go with us in the dynamics of happening, which overcome ambiguities. For that reason their works change according to zones, angles and position, and, nevertheless, it is the same work. There are paintings inside paintings, chromatic zones with gesture, which show other gestures, that are beings, beams of subtle or determining energies in the dance of dances of importance. He grasps spirits, who are beams of light stream, overflowing and overflowed energies that surpasses the canons of the established thing, because they show to spectator.Its work is a new contribution to the present contemporary painting because it is based on his hability to evoke trascendence from the existing energy but without falling in ambiguous subtleties.-------------------------------------------------
2Roberto Benítez, receiver of energies and spirits in stagnation of plastic. The enigmatic and abstract gesturel, expresionist Andalusian painter investigates in the preludes of other existences, in worlds which are conformed by subtle energies or not, that flow in the space, in our own space-time and in other spaces who are not within the reach of human brain. His works, four in one, eight in one, it is to say, eight works in a same work, eight different paintings, according to position and angle of contemplation, point of view of spectator, form a pictorial creation which separates from usual canons, which fits in the energetic wasting of trascending itself to go beyond matter. In fact matter is energy, it is nourished from spasms of power, located in determined coordinates produced by beings, characters, spirits, energies who are in transition, who are in evolution stages.Sometimes Roberto Benítez comes in a plastic critical moment which allows him to connect with these other realities that exist but we do not see; they are there because the existence is the addition of existences, the heritage of karma, the conjunction of passed lives, of moments from personal history of oneself which are reflected there, like a product of a certain moment of action. We are action, pure energy, gesture in the space, space with energetic gesture.

4Roberto Benítez, dynamics of gesture in own space The pictorial work of Roberto Benítez travels through gesture, in the space, with or without time, looking for new spaces, allowing himself to grasp the essential and circumstantial thing, as a vertebrator of realities, contained in parallel projects, inserted in the own evidence of the trascendent thing.All things which exists goes beyond its own evidence. We are in an accumulation of circumstances in which the only important thing is the form whereupon the reality is approached. There are different realities which may be accumulative or not, allegorical, symbolic, which share out the space and are in parallel, that we do not observe sometimes.Roberto Benítez travels through depths of his own mind, going into a trance, sometimes influenced from his imagination, others from an acquired knowledge, but, also by the own hability of energy to advance towards established preludes and others more unknown. Since reality is an adition of realities, manely, it goes beyond circumstances, induced by the action of energy which is transforming everything.Energy affects as if it were a conjunction of expositions located on different planes that the Andalusian artist canalizes like forms and gestures. But, among gestures, in half way of lines, curves, spaces, colour reproductions, faces, cheeks, figures, elements who have referential readings, which are illuminated like pieces of a lost memory, fragments of canalizations, concentrations of alpha and beta energy, transmitting fire, importance, virtuosity, contemplation, or water, relaxation, silente movement. From Earth, specific matter, we travel to space, air, evanescent, crossing over purifying and transforming fire, until arriving at water, receiver, transparent sheet or not which contains lips, who generate life again, organisms, microorganisms, beings of other worlds.His catharsis leads to him to represent the incidence of the real thing in the spiritual thing and inversely. The worlds are harmonized, but we only state what we are taught, out of real unity. Mental lucubrations, projections of mind, parallel universes, ambiguity or destiny… all of it in labyrinthic works and of multi-reality of Roberto Benítez. Creations which come from catharsis, from catching messages processed by brain and heart in an automatic form, increasing the dose of plasticity of such.He describes never thought scenes, dramatic or languid scenes that dive in theatricality of one’s own existence. Spirits who walk between two worlds, looking for ascension from others more evolved; others who are traped in a dough of memories and yearnings of human beings. Doors of light which open or close, with light beings or not, who fly without a body. Beings coming from other galaxies, like ufos, which are dropped in the solitude of silence in the night sky full of stars, in the suggested space, what is a fruit of moments the Andalusian creator catches his vibrations.Abstract landscapes, spurted by the strenth of expresionism, of a curved form, from the possibility of creating infinite worlds, contents in linen cloth, that glimpse their projection towards bottomless invented precipices, where exist not only what imagination and fantasy allow. But his painting goes much more far away. He does not try to only surprise, but also to be rigorous with the true thought of the artist, who lies beyond over here.He is a creator who investigates in his own conscience, who flies, makes astral trips, he submerges in regressions to other lives, he moves in elliptical tubes to invented circumferences, in half of the space, where everything comes together, since if we are conscious that we are one, the result is what we are. The gist of issue is based in knowing and understanding that no matter how much we look for outside we are only one in ourselves. The outside are projections of mind; evidently it exists, but according to capacity of brain of each one, we will see a part or another one of the existence. Namely, we will rely on own limitations of those who allow be taken by their neurons, but, however there are other universes. That is what he states, because he knows that truth does not exist, is an adition of truths and different views; but it does exist a hierarchy, other worlds, extraterrestrial or human beings, who are there and here; the Andalusian painter connects with them, but he does not try here to break schemes, and to attract them at any price, but he uses them to show to us that fantasy is the most absolute reality; since all what exists is real and fantasy is a product of brain, the result of the own conscience, it has feelings and it operates as such.
