Paul was born in a maisonette in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire in 1959.He grew up in Hemel Hempstead with his three sisters and attended various comprehensive schools including George Street and Grove Hill where he was encouraged to focus on his art. Paul turned down an invitation to attend the St. Albans School of Art, Hertfordshire and focused on developing his unique style both in Art and Music touring Europe exhibiting his works and performing with his band “The Late Road Lunaticsâ€.
Paul accepted a commission from B.T. to design phone cards and his works and commissions (including furniture and jewellery boxes) are held in private galleries and collections all over the world.His genres range from abstract to fine art and he is currently experimenting with oil on gesso panels. Always developing and experimenting, his style and subject matter are totally diverse and it is this diversity that marks his identity a true artist.Paul has been exhibiting for the past 15 years and is currently touring an exhibition in the UK entitled “In Praise of Idlenessâ€, this exhibition (inspired by the Bertram Russell essay of the same name) will be also be taken to Barcelona, Spain in Autumn 2008.Paul may be contacted through his website: www.humanartforms.com
