bit-tuner

since 1997, bit-tuner produces his music with computer, mpc, synthesizer, bassguitar and a lot of analog effects. he likes to work with samples from old vinyl records, and in recent times with self-recorded sounds and field recordings. the musical results are slow- and heavyweight beats, punching basslines, dark atmospheres and melodies, and noisy soundscapes.in the past he also played bassguitar in different bands and projects (wood4trees, naxell, kaolin, st.crisco, bubble beatz, manuel stahlberger..)he composes music and does sounddesign for dancetheatre productions. collaborations with tanzkompanie at theater st.gallen, cie. sans filtre zürich... göldin&bit-tuner, the famous hiphopduo with rapper dani göldin, started 2003. they dropped together two swissgermanalternativehiphop-albums (aläs wird guät, quiet rec./zh and freunde-das leben beginnt, coffee/zh), and a remix-ep (saint city hi-life, quiet rec./zh). further (rap)collaborations with omega takeshi from 88:komaflash (= egogrill), audio88.bit-tuner's 4 track instrumental-ep "aspects" was released 2004 by local_form records/st.gallen _______get more mp3's on my homepage: http://www.bit-tuner.net
