About Me

More accurately, about US!! Our names are Amy and Tara and we have begun teaching American Kenpo Karate, under 7th degree Jeff Speakman, at the Mather Sports Facility in Rancho Cordova. This is our new myspace page for our school. We have over 45 years of combined experience in Ed Parker's American Kenpo Karate (Hence, our posted age on the page).

Basically, both of us are addicted and really excited about our new opportunity to have a school together, teach together and pass on our Kenpo knowledge to others!
