That is a funny story actually. I was racking my brain trying to think of some name I wanted to call myself and finally gave up trying to be original. There was a pile of rubber ducks with names people had come up with for me and I picked from the pile. It was supposed to be random, but every name I found was really dumb sounding or not unique enough. I finally picked one that said “Blair Mason†and stuck with it.How did you get involved in the business?
Of all places, I was contacted online. At first I had an offer to be in a magazine out of Florida and to escort for them, but I would have had to stay there and live there, which didn’t enthuse me at all. Then I talked to Afton Nills. He told me that he would work around my schedule, which he did. I was happy with that and starting working for him exclusively after a couple of months.You’re an 1R Media exclusive model, which is very impressive. What made you decide to sign an exclusive contract?
Well, he takes care of his models and I don’t think I could have found a better company to work for as far as that goes. He is also an amazing person on and off the set.What has it been like working for 1R Media?
It is an experience I am glad I didn’t pass up. It is really a dream job (forgive the cliché). I get paid to do what I do in everyday life already. Plus, the company that I work for couldn’t be more supportive about my individual success, which, to me, is very important.What was your first experience on set like?
My first experience on set was nerve-wrecking. I didn’t know what I was doing there and I felt so out of place. Once my first scene started I realized that there was nothing to be nervous about and I quickly started enjoying myself. I wouldn’t say that my first time was amazing, but it wasn’t as bad as it could have been either. All in all I would say that it was ok.What star would I like to work with?
I hope he doesn’t mind me saying. I would love to work with Tyler Mason. I started talking to this kid a few months ago and he seems like a fun person to work with, plus who can disagree, he is so adorable.What are your likes and dislikes about gay porn?
The thing I love about gay porn is that it gives gay men the opportunity to showcase their sexual talents to a large audience. One of the things I dislike about gay pornography is that there is such drama. Gay men can be the most jealous, catty, vicious people to be around. Fortunately everyone for the most part gets along in our company. Usually you hear stories about models not getting along and being jealous of one another in this industry. I can just say that I am glad that somehow the chemistry and closeness that the models in our company have with each other tends to push out any negativity. I am really grateful for that.How has being in the industry affected your personal life?
Well, I have had to make up elaborate stories when I go for a shoot. It kind of disappoints me that I can’t be honest, at least as of now. I mean, how can being in a new career NOT affect your life, you know? I can say this; I am much more outgoing than I used to be. I also am more aware of my sexuality and my body language. As far as my personal life goes, I don’t think it has affected it much at all.Is there anything you do in your bedroom that you wouldn’t do in front of a camera?
No, there are a lot of things I have done in the bedroom that I haven’t yet done in front of a camera yet. But, I am pretty open in front of the camera; at least I try to be. That is another thing I have learned. I have learned to be very open and honest about sex and what I would like to do and try.Which of your films is your favorite?
