About Me

about me... I'm 36. Been singing since I don't know...4eva. My 1st experience was being sort out by the school head mistress when I was about 7 to sing in front of an entire level of 6 year olds. Bit scary...first time, but cool to be getting the head mistress's attention that way instead of the usual way...being naughty.
Next, I was mother rabbit in the peter rabbit school play. Think I was 8, still remember the words. Then in the grade 5 play, I was prince charming...Yeah I know I'm a girl but none of the boys wanted to do it and I'm never scared of going first. Guess that's why all my siblings are younger. "Yeah, I'll go...y'all stay here in heaven for a bit longer."
Other music endeavours came about first as a back up singer at 18. Then fronting an all girl cover band at 19, playing Hendrix, Led Zeplin, Metallica... you know the normal all girl band stuff. LOL. The line up changed all the time but managed to stay with them gigging for a couple of years. I still work the cover scene now...to satisfy my performing addiction.
Currently, I write. Songs, poetry, stories, ideas...whatever I like & I'm now a published poet...which is kinda cool. Also, I study the principals of quantum & meta physics, specifically quantum law, laws of attraction and co-creation. & I love it! I've just started getting in to neuro science and how the brain neuro nets fire. Plus I also study french... for when I go back. Tres bon!
For the most time I like learning new things, having new experiences, swimming in desires and consciously spending time with good feeling thoughts, writing songs and playing guitar with the fellas in Maxed Out. I love going to the pub with my girlies, watching my beloved Tigers in the AFL and the mighty Aussies in the cricket.
I've been writing pop, bit of blues, alt/folky and now powerpop/alt/rock. These songs will be here soon. I'm looking forward to that. I'm blessed to be able to call singing my job...I love performing, writing & singing my heart out...i love rockin' audiences and I don't care why people stop when I sing... I just love that they do.
So thankyou for visiting, for reading, for taking the time. I wish you good experiences and remind you that nothing is more important than that you feel good. Enjoy all your adventures. Much love. T xxx
