Well firstly I'm a woman but also a single mum to the most gorgeous teenage daughter Layla. I work in the performing arts and have had a wonderful career ranging from singing in bands, stage musicals, TV hosting, breakfast radio host and acting in many TV series. Unfortunately in about 1997 I crashed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) while I was playing Janet in The New Rocky Horror Show in Sydney and spent the best part of five year not being able to work. This 'thinking time' lead me to a life devoted to wellness, both in mind and body. I've produced and recorded 3 CDs to help people with anchoring their mind to help alleviate stress and think more positively and clearly when life gets frantic and seems out of control. I've even done one for kids aged 3-9ish as I deeply believe this work doesn't need to wait till you get older, or unwell.
