Hip hop music, also known as rap music, is a style of music which came into existence in the United States during the mid-1970s, and became a large part of modern pop culture during the 1980s. It consists of two main components: rapping (MCing) and DJing (production and scratching). Along with hip hop dance (notably breakdancing) and urban inspired art, or notably graffiti, these compose the four elements of hip hop culture, a cultural movement that was initiated by inner-city youth, mostly Blacks and Latinos in New York City, in the early 1970s. Though it can be referred to as an African American music, its creation and proliferation can be credited to many groups of people within the United States and around the world.In 1991,a star was born.his name,Jacques Petite.growing up young listening to original hip-hop artists such as NOTORIOUS B.I.G.,Nas,2pac,The Fugees, along with what is now known as old school's best,Big Daddy Kane,Sugar Hill Gang,KRS-One,Grandmaster Flash And The Furious Five,along with many others. Jacques started writing at age 9,just little rap about school.At age 12 he wasrapping for seriously in his life,and decided on starting a career in this amazing game known as Hip-Hop.he studied the game,from the artists,the elements,the style,and the words that he started to produce.at age 14 he started a battling record of 23-0,going against some good artists.with his skill rising to his abilities,he went by the name J-Killa.his name stated in the letters "Jacques kills incapable lyricist lyrically assassinating. He later changed his name to J-murda once he felt his skills got better.he started with a couple of freestyle.one day was spotted by his now label mate lytrell cruz(known as trelly trell).they started the label Deiselmackentertainment in 2005.ever since then,J-Murda has been rapping in the booth releasing his talent over the mic and bringing a sound to the audience that they love.In 2007,Deiselmackentertainment plans on releasing the mixtape MURDACATION.VOL.1. Also in 2007 J-murda has decided that he's bring back the elements from hip-hop back into the mixtape,and on his myspace page he releasing songs that will feature new meaning to hip-hop.his soul,and passion in this game will be felt in his bars
