About Me

I devote almost all of my waking hours to music (mostly metal)...in one way or another...listening, promoting, reviewing, broadcasting...
Yeah, I know it's a dirty job, but SOMEBODY has to do it... :)
I'm the DJ, "Mistress of Metal" on Sunday nights for the underground metal station, Seismic Radio and co-owner of the online CD store, Hard n Heavy
I love Gothic everything...art, architecture, music, literature...
I am fascinated by the dark side of people, and my sense of humor can be fairly warped, as well...
However, i seem to have missed the appropriate brooding disposition to go along with all that.....I like to laugh, I love warmth and sunshine, and I look like crap in black lipstick...
I've learned to live with the paradox.. :)
When I'm not doing something involving music, I love to watch Boxing and Baseball (well...I like to watch the Yankees).
I LOVE cooking, which is like therapy for me.
I've got a patient husband who has given up hope of me ever being normal, 2 phenomenal daughters (beautiful inside and out, with brains too!), an awesome son-in-law, a biz partner who is the only man other than my husband who can put up with me, and 3 cuddly lapdogs.
Life is good.
