National Guitar Workshop

The Ultimate Summer Music Experience

About Me

National Guitar Workshop was founded in 1983, with the goal of creating an exceptional musical learning experience. Since then, we have proudly educated musicians of all ages. Our acclaimed faculty, combined with a highly developed curriculum, makes every week at the NGW a unique and exceptional experience. Our students range in age from 13 to 80, with skills ranging from the absolute beginner to the seasoned professional. They come from all over the world with different cultural and economic backgrounds; we have found that this diversity is a great benefit to our students, as they learn from each other as well as from our faculty. As part of our experience, students have the opportunity to perform in front of a live audience, jam with other musicians, and study with world-famous artists. The NGW provides a positive, supportive and non-competitive learning environment through hands-on teaching and teamwork; teaching music is our passion.
