David Albertson is a very well rounded musician, equally at ease on guitar and electric bass, as well as many different styles from rock to jazz to funk etc...
He is a fantastic teacher, very organized with very interesting and accessible material for any level of musicianship. And above all, he is a very, very patient person which might be one of the most important qualities when it comes down to teaching. He won't give up on you!
Aurelien Budynek- National Guitar Workshop Teacher and Professional Musician
"David is a very skilled and knowledgeable musician as both a guitarist and bassist. In addition to his musical skills he is also a very easy person to work with on a personal and professional level."
Nate Jarrell Assisstant West Coast Director for National Guitar Workshop
David was an assistant of mine at the NGW in LA. He was able to assist me and take care of all necessary tasks that were asked of him.
One in particular was to lead an ensemble all week for a final performance at the end of the week. His group did an amazing job and I do not hesitate to recommend David for any positon.
Dave Martone
I had the privilege of supervising David Albertson in my position as Operations Director, at the National Guitar Workshop, through his involvement with our intern program. David is an intelligent, capable, and personable individual, who continually impressed my colleagues and I with his ability to interact with a variety of students in a classroom setting. I feel confident in saying that he is capable of handling any situation with thoughtfulness and maturity. David's ability to connect with his students and his talent at teaching simple concepts, as well as more advanced topics, are both truly superior. I would recommend David as a teacher without reservation.
Kristen Coates- Operations Director of National Guitar Workshop
