Well, first and foremost I'm no band, It's just me . Although I have had the opportunity to play in some local bar bands, I think my biggest kick was back in the sixties, when I did a guest appearance with David Frizzell's band. David said "I did Long Black Veil better that Lefty", but I think he was just buttering my biscuit. LOL, At that time David dressed in suits and was also clean shaven. I also played with Little Joe and The Wranglers out in Utah. And have played in several other bar bands, that didn't even have a name. But traditional country music has always been a passion of mine, as well as some of my other family members. I have been playing the guitar since I was 8 years old and am more or less self taught. The Traditional Country Music was and still is a big part of my family. Many of my brothers played an instrument and my sister Alice, sung like a little songbird.
