Will Chiaramida

Will Chiaramida - Guitar/songwriter/ lifelong musician, I started performing music on keyboards in the New England area at the age of eight. A few years later switched to guitar and never looked back. Later I went on to study jazz and classical guitar at the Hartford Conservatory of Music. I'm always a student and continue to privately study with many local musicians. Currently I am writing and performing with Felonious Junk, a Funk-Jazz-Pop quartet located in the Greater Boston Area. Right now, Fj is my obsession, it's challenging and I love the people I'm working with.My song writing is a culmination of many styles ranging from R&B, blues, rock, jazz and classical. Many threads of these styles can be heard throughout Felonious Junk's music. For that Oh so funky twang I use Fender Strats and Teles. Tone is important to me, I have switched to Mesa Boogie amps and like the tone of their Lonestar series. Through the years I have owned many guitars and Amps but seem to switch back and forth between the same companies. However, I'm never happy with my sound for any long period of time. It must be a guitar player thing.I look forward to growing FJ into a thriving project and having some fun along the way. See you in the clubs....
