About Me

The origins of Blimp are well documented: a man and his pregnant wife from the global south stumbled into oxford road station one dark, brillig night, and asked for the perfect place to give birth to a new generation. The station attendant's dark eyes rose from beneath his enormous mancunian brow and uttered "Blimp'. The woman instantly gave birth to a magpie, a couple of fully-grown dj's, artists, a vj and four venerable promoters. The magpie, utterly furious as he had lost his white parts so that he resembled a mere silhouette, marched up to the father and growled "why am i here? where are my friends? where can future music be found?" the man, still in shock, could say no more than "find Blimp".
