Jeru Banto cames from the west guetto of Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, and start his carrear in some hip hop groups in his area. In the last years Banto joined the crew of mcs from Digitaldubs Sound System and debuted in the cd "Brasil Riddims Volume 1".
One of these songs, "Baixaida Bolada" was remixed by UK eletronic dub pionner Alpha & Omega and was released in their newest álbum "City if Dub" under the name of "Massacre in the Guetto".
