Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Stepwise moved to the States at a young age and has been living in the Bay Area since 1997. Having DJed for over 12 years, Stepwise has played at venues across the United States and beyond (including Argentina, Australia, Spain, Canada...) and has shared the stage with artists such as Midnite, Yellowman, Groundation, The Meditations, The Melodians, Army, Abja, Ras Attitude, Batch, Prezident Brown, Rocker T, Heavyweight Dub Champion, Al Pancho, Wadi Gad, and several of the US' top sound systems and selectors. In '06 Stepwise also linked up with the Bay Area hip hop collective Audiopharmacy, acting as resident DJ at all AP shows.Stepwise is also well known for his mixtapes, including FULL CONFIDENCE VOL 1 -- a promo mix done for Organika Skateboards and hosted by St. Croix reggae artist NIYORAH.
