The band was originally formed by 4 high school friends in February 2004. The original lineup cosisted of Spencer Kathrens (vocals, guitar) Harrison Kathrens (bass) Airik Svilpis (lead guitar) and Sean Hamilton (drums, backing vocals). Right from the beginning, the guys decided to forego playing covers and work on original compositions. The group gradually began getting songs down and decided on a name. They played their first show on April 24th, 2004 under the name All For Won.Eventually, shows started falling into place and the group decided to change their name to Radio Logic. Along with the name change came a fresh and different sound, as the group began to move in a darker and heavier direction, breaking away from the standard pop-punk sound of old.The band then decided to begin recording all of their songs in Spencer's basement. However, shortly into the recording of what would be their first release, Harrison realized that his heart was no longer in it, and decided to leave Radio Logic.Months passed, and the group continued to press on, without a bassist. They continued to record, with Spencer handling the bass duties, but the feeling of completeness as a band was lacking. Just as frustration began to set into the Radio Logic boys, they found what they were looking for, right under their noses.Enter Brian. An old friend from high school, Brian agreed to learn some tunes and jam with the band. After that first jam session, it was apparent that Brian was a perfect fit. A week later, he was officially a member of Radio Logic. Now back on their feet, the group is poised to unleash the f***ing fury upon the unsuspecting public.
