I love rock and metal, what can I say? Ex music maniacs are the ones who end up managing bands, becoming promoters, metal mag editors, rock merchandise retailers, importers, and all sorts of stuff to do with whats in their blood. Metal is with you forever, if it isnt, you are a fake and you know it! Hang your head, dont bang your head!
I like to promote bands I like by giving them free advertising and leaving their flyers around on myspace, I build bands websites, I import tour stuff, and rock merchandise! AND I LOVE WHAT I DO cos Im not a saleswoman, Im a fucking metal lover.

I live in Bunbury Western Australia, and I really do love it down here except when there's no metal! DERRR!!! So that's when I say 'c'mon guys jam sess'. Venue, time what the fuck else do you want? Actually due to lack of appreciation from selfish ego inflated so called 'artists' ha!(u know who u are!), the only people I bother to do anything worthy for, is for those who do are grateful for someones selfless giving- Otherwise I cant be bothered- promote yourself.

I'd like to meet some people into music like me. If you love holdens or ride a bike...and know how to be honest In fact, you CHOOSE it over easier wimpier alternatives that contribute and further contaminate the BS levels in the universe, you are someone I want to know.

It's called character and depth...there comes a time where superficiality is exactly that and no more time should be wasted on such trivial pursuits...
I admire and seek out those who possess integrity, honesty and good qualities. I don't suffer fools and incompetence too well though.

I love power metal, progressive, I just love that stuff, that doesnt come and go, I've been listening to it for over 20 years and will continue till the day I die, I know this is true because I am a true head banger (metal head is a new term), and when its in your blood thats all there is to it. I'm not into metal one day and not the next, it is with me always! You people who think you're into metal but have never experienced brotherhood, metals code of honour or sharing front row in the mosh. If you have never been saddened because the code is lost now days and if you've never pined for what once was... fuck off!!!! you have no clue! People shit me when they say they understand and are listening to Ian Moss at the time. I do listen to other stuff, I think I would be missing out if I didn't do that but metal is blood that runs through my veins.
I was a pioneer in the 80's front row heavy metal scene, yeah I have never met another female into it like myself, and I rarely find guys into it this much either. there are ALOT of fakes! There were in the 80's too, if you cared more about the fact you had to have short hair to keep your job-you wernt the real deal. the real headbangers grew their hair it was mandatory!
It was difficult to be a female in a 90% male dominated sub culture and be taken seriously, like I'm here to headbang and party you wanker, not sleep with the band. Lemmy (might have)learnt a thing about that! I was never a groupie! ok well I liked guitarists but I struggled most of my life to be considered one of the boys- might have been easier if I was fat and ugly I had to give the evil eye to everyone looking at me when I walked into a gig.I fucking miss the metal scene, tried to fill the void of late but I'm just an additive and no-one realises or appreciates who I really am.
Where the hell did everyone go? I've done my growing up and raising kids and settling down...now its time to get back into it. The saddness in my life now is not fitting in somewhere...I'm sad!and I miss my kindred spirits!
These bands below, I have times where I've heard it for the first time and thrashed it then dont listen to it much it depended on what i was doing, bedtime listening and moody times...its not metal, and not part of my stable diet.I dont do anything to impress anyone!!! (ok maybe a few burnouts to impress my kids, thats about all-they've never forgotten that bloody pole behind the newsagency-but they also gained a love of old holdens cos that was a REAL car with real METAL bumpers.lol)
