Michael "DiCipher" Anderson was born and raised in Waterbury Connecticut. He started rapping at the age of 13 but started taking it serious when was 14. DiCipher is now 20 years old (Jan 22) and he is continuing to build his playlist of music and harnessing his skills as an emcee. With drive and determination he hopes to increase in buzz and step foot into the music industry.
