About Me

Jam City Muzik is the third chapter in the series of highly successful Bronx based independent music retailers Moodie's records, Jam City Muzik opened its doors in January of 2003 and has taken off and continued flying ever since featuring a large selection of oldies but goodies to the latest hits in all genres, a state of the art recording studio that has been blessed with the presence of hip-hop royalty such as Queensbridge representative Intelligent Hoodlum a.k.a. Tragedy Khadafi(Juice Crew), (Capone-N-Noreaga), (Black Market Militia) and in-stores hosting the hottest artists in the streets such as Remy Ma(Terror Squad), J.R. Writer(Dipset), Hell Rell(Dipset), 40 Cal(Dipset) and Beenie Man, we are always looking for people to collaborate with, if you are an artist or producer and would like to collaborate with us, hit us up; due to the recent crackdown of the feds and Recording Industry Association of America, our vast selection of mixtapes was confiscated, this has dealt a large financial blow to us as mixtapes make up a large amount of our income because people do not buy compact discs anymore, we are trying to adjust to this inconvenience and find new ways to compensate for this loss so Jam City Muzik can stay open, if you, our customers, have any suggestions about things you would like to see in the store, or artists you would like to appear for an instore, let us know and if it is something we can do we will try to make it happen, Thank You for your continued support.
