Switch flicking, knob tweaking, rocking the pads & keys, I’ve been composing and performing strictly on hardware for the past 5 years.Most notoriously with Chris Patrick( http://www.chrispatrick.ca ) and Zachary Zamisky as Old Sun Storage. An experiment in midi-less, laptop-less, electronic jam. In 2 short years we released 3 independent CD’s, signed with Civik Records, teamed up with Germany’s Munit to release a 12" split worldwide, and rocked 30+ performances in and around the Calgary area.In 2004, Chris and I retreated to British Columbia and started a new project: gnome. Fusing diversified acoustic guitar stylings with abstract electronic rhythms. We have played several shows in BC and Alberta, and are currently working on a full length album due to be released in 2008.
