About Me

Music Director and PM Edition host (M, W-Th-Fr, 1 to 5p central) on independent community radio station WOJB-FM 88.9 from the Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe Reservation near Hayward in NW Wisconsin. We welcome submissions from independent artists.

To submit music for airplay consideration, send it to Jeffrey Jones, Music Director, WOJB-FM 88.9, 13386W Trepania Rd, Hayward WI 54843.

Monday's PM Edition "Fresh Cuts" is an open-ended format featuring current releases.

Wednesday's PM Edition "On the Porch" centers on traditional folk/country, country blues, singer/songwriters, classic & insurgent country, and "nufolk/freakfolk."

Thursday's PM Edition "In the Garage" is a tasty mash of classic & neo-garage, mod/brit invasion/freakbeat/psyche, surf, rockabilly, primitive 'lectric blues, proto-punk, punk-punk, post-punk, indie & whatever else I feel like cramming in there....

PM Edition's "The Friday Show" digs into classic soul/R&B (including some pre-r&r gems) with a little bit of ska/reggae, deep-cuts album rock & elements of the garage.

My Interests
