After 27 years of hosting Louisiana music icons on its stage, Tipitina's has now opened its doors from 11:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, to the Music Office Co-Op, formerly in Mid-City. This facility offers New Orleans beloved musicians a venue to learn business skills and network with music and business professionals.
The center offers:
A music co-op office equipped with work stations providing high speed internet, fax and email access. Also: digital graphics, digital audio (including basic pro tools, free music biz legal help, assistance designing your own web pages, and general computer help.Resources and information on: networking, artist resources and healthcare in conjunction with the New Orleans Musician's Clinic.
Now more than ever, these cultural traditions must be kept alive.
